At Spirmak, we are proud to announce the arrival of the VMC-1160 CNC Vertical Machining Center, a major leap in our commitment to precision, innovation, and efficiency. With its advanced capabilities, this new machine sets a higher standard for our in-house tool workshop, empowering us to achieve more refined, faster, and creative work.

Equipped with a cutting speed of 10 meters per minute, a 10,000 rpm spindle rate, and a table capable of supporting up to 800 kg, the VMC-1160 is designed to meet the most demanding production challenges. Its 24-tool ATC (Automatic Tool Changer), 300-litre coolant tank, and high-precision controls, including a Mitsubishi unit, enable seamless, uninterrupted operations with accuracy down to 0.008mm positioning sensitivity and 0.005mm repetition tolerance.

This significant investment strengthens our manufacturing capabilities, bringing both speed and sophistication to our workflow. Our team is now better equipped to deliver innovative solutions with greater precision, ensuring that we continue to exceed the expectations of our clients.
